Job Description Job Summary: The Residential Program Specialist collaborates with the Director of Services to oversee all aspects of Community Living Arrangements, ensuring the provision of high-quality, person-centered residential services. This role contributes to the daily operation of residential programs by coordinating staff, overseeing program implementation, and adhering to licensing and regulatory standards. The Residential Program Specialist provides guidance and support to direct care staff, assists with scheduling and coverage, monitors documentation and service delivery, and ensures the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure compliance with PA Chapter 6100 and 6400 Community Living Arrangement regulations. *Oversees all residential locations and its individuals served Support assessments and participate in the development, review, and revision of Individual Support Plans (ISPs). • Prepare for and attend ISP meetings; communicate with Support Coordinators and families., • Train and support direct service staff, including Therap documentation and health and safety requirements., • Review and maintain residential documentation and monthly paperwork for accuracy and timeliness., • Monitor health, safety, fire safety, and overall well-being of individuals served., • Conduct monthly Community Living Arrangement (CLA) reviews and participate in quality assurance activities., • Coordinate with pharmacies and program leadership regarding medication-related issues., • Assist leadership with administrative duties, problem resolution, and coverage as needed. REQUIREMENTS: • A master’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university, along with one (1) year of direct work experience with individuals with disabilities., • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, accompanied by two (2) years of direct work experience with individuals with disabilities., • An associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university, coupled with four (4) years of direct work experience with individuals with disabilities. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: • Pennsylvania State Police background check, • Indentogo (FBI) fingerprint scan and report, • Current Physical and Quantiferon Screen, • Driver’s License
