The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: What You will Do: • Review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation, • Coordinate supplier RFQs and review potential suppliers for a variety of manufacturing processes, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and R&D to ensure design feasibility and performance, • Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies, • Maintain accurate records of design iterations and changes, • Troubleshoot problems and devise solutions to resolve them, • Identifying and implementing cost reductions, • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field., • Experience in Manufacturing of Aerospace components and good process knowledge in Machining & Sheetmetal commodities., • Experience in Casting, Forging and Plastics is an added advantage., • Working experience in Manufacturing unit, as ME and Process planning., • Exposure to Should costing is an added advantage., • Good in Drawing Reading, GD&T, Technical documents., • Knowledge in dealing with 2D engineering drawings, 3D modelling & Product Life Cycle tools. Siemens NX and Teamcenter preferred., • Exposure to Heat treatment, Chemical process, Surface treatment, Coatings, plating, Metal joining techniques (Bolting, Welding, Riveting), NDT, Testing, Assembly etc..., • Knowledge in various types of Raw material families and specifications., • Good oral and written communication skills, English proficiency, MS office proficiency. Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure.
