WHO YOU ARE The Treasury Analyst is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, payments, banking administration, and related controls. This role supports liquidity planning, ensures strong internal controls over cash movement, and provides analysis and reporting to support decisions related to working capital, investments, and debt. The Treasury Analyst partners closely with the Vice President Finance, Accounting, FP&A, AP/AR, operating company finance teams, and external banking partners to ensure accurate cash visibility and efficient use of financial resources. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP Reports to: VP of Finance Key partners: Corporate Controller; Director of Financial Reporting; operating company finance teams; corporate and business‑sector senior management RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee day‑to‑day treasury operations, including daily cash positioning and visibility across domestic and international entities., • Prepare and maintain short‑ and long‑term cash flow forecasts, including a 13‑week cash forecast; analyze variances and key drivers to improve forecast accuracy and support liquidity planning., • Review, reconcile, and validate bank activity across multiple accounts and legal entities; investigate and resolve variances in partnership with Accounting, AP, and AR., • Oversee payment execution and controls (wires, ACH, and account transfers) in accordance with the approval matrix, segregation of duties, and documented procedures; support fraud prevention activities., • Manage the company’s banking infrastructure, including bank account setup and maintenance, authorized signers, user access, and support for periodic KYC/AML and other bank requests., • Support short‑term investing and borrowing activities in accordance with company policy, including analysis and reporting for leadership review., • Prepare treasury reporting and documentation to support month‑end and quarter‑end close, audits, and compliance requirements (e.g., bank confirmations, cash rollforwards, SOX/internal controls support)., • Drive process improvements through standard work, templates, and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and control within treasury operations., • Administer relationships with transfer agents or shareowner services, as applicable., • Manage day‑to‑day share repurchase activity, including analysis and coordination with brokers and transfer agents., • Serve as Treasury’s primary partner to Human Resources on fiduciary and financial matters related to corporate and JV‑sponsored retirement plans, including defined contribution and other benefit plans, as applicable., • Coordinating with HR, external advisors, auditors, and recordkeepers to support annual plan audits and regulatory filings, including Form 5500 preparation and review, • Support corporate insurance risk management activities and liaise with the insurance broker., • Participate in the review of corporate real estate transactions, as assigned., • Support treasury‑related workstreams for M&A activities, as applicable., • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited college or university., • 5+ years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a private equity setting., • Strong experience in cash management, forecasting, banking operations, and internal controls., • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and Microsoft Office; familiarity with accounting systems and banking portals., • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and control discipline., • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare materials and present to senior management., • MBA and/or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation., • Experience with treasury workstations, ERP cash management modules, or online banking platforms., • Analytical thinking and problem solving, • High integrity, confidentiality, and strong control mindset, • Process orientation and continuous improvement Physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
