Job DescriptionDescription: The Vice President of Sales will be a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for driving revenue growth, guiding sales strategy, and developing a high-performance team. Leading a team of Sales Managers and a Sales Enablement Manager, this role will forecast trends, align sales processes with company goals, and build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. While setting the strategic direction, the VP will also roll up their sleeves when needed—co-pitching with reps, engaging directly with clients, and solving challenges in real time. OBJECTIVES • Lead, mentor, and motivate four Sales Managers, a Sales Enablement Manager, and their teams to maximize performance, develop leadership capability, and build a high-energy, cohesive, and results-driven sales culture., • Build accurate sales forecasts, manage budgets, and provide actionable reporting that enables strategic decision-making and ensures consistent alignment with company revenue and profitability goals., • Continuously analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to design and execute strategic sales plans that uncover new opportunities, protect existing market share, and accelerate growth., • Champion new client acquisition and upselling strategies, while actively co-pitching with reps when needed to ensure success. Consistently drive the team to exceed sales targets and expand BizIQ’s footprint with small and medium-sized businesses nationwide., • Identify, validate, and execute opportunities for new products, solutions, and go-to-market channels, diversifying revenue streams and positioning BizIQ as a leader in digital marketing innovation., • Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Client Success to ensure seamless customer experiences, maximize retention, and align sales initiatives with company-wide strategic growth priorities.
