As the primary point of contact for patient check-in during clinic-based appointments, this role operates with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include efficiently scheduling patient appointments and tests, answering incoming calls, and directing both patients and medical staff. This position is a hybrid role that will also support our medical records team by uploading patient documents to patient electonic medical record (EMR) profile with accuracy. Supports and adheres to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of two years of experience with all medical front office aspects and scheduling patient appointments required. Medical terminology preferred. Basic knowledge of the operation of standard office equipment desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to providing excellent customer service, demonstrating a high level of courtesy, and maintaining professionalism. This position will be located in the surrounding areas between Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas but would provide coverage in the surrounding areas around the state as well. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting on projects using project management tools, typically after project approval. The project manager serves as a liaison between upper management and the teams executing the project. They ensure the project scope is well-defined, provide regular progress updates, and ensure adherence to the approved schedule. This position works closely with subcontractors and shop personnel. But will have to travel to job sites, and available to assist in the State of Oklahoma project sites.
