Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: ✔ Compassionate ✔ Dependable ✔ Patient ✔ Team-Oriented ✔ Service-Focused ✔ Professional ✔ Positive ✔ Committed to Helping Others QualificationsRequired • High School Diploma or GED, • Valid Driver's License, • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and web-based email systems, • Strong communication and documentation skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Preferred • Two (2) years of experience in substance abuse treatment, recovery support, or withdrawal management services, • Personal recovery experience or relevant lived experience, • Experience working in behavioral health or residential treatment settings Schedule • Full-Time, • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Shift, • Awake shift position, • Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on program needs Physical Requirements • Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently, • Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, climb, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift, • Ability to safely escort residents into the community and support daily program activities, • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation Apply Today Some jobs pay the bills.
