Job Description: The Programming Coordinator serves as a key executive and administrative partner to the Artistic Director and Senior Vice President and Chief Artistic Producer, providing high-level organizational support that enables artistic leadership to operate with maximum effectiveness. Support Programming Department: • Work with the Artistic Director and Chief Artistic Producer to maintain the department schedule including but not limited to the schedule of both Department Heads, travel booking and other assistance where required., • Process incoming programming-related invoices and communicate with finance to ensure timely payment., • Track and submit all credit card payments., • Prepare monthly expense reports and check requests., • Prepare and organize briefing materials, agendas, and presentations for executive meetings; record and distribute accurate meeting minutes and action items to ensure follow-through on key decisions., • Coordinate space usage between departments and attend weekly look-ahead meetings to resolve conflicts between programming events and other building activity., • Issue and track all dept. purchase orders., • Reconcile monthly department expenses for programming and artistic director’s office., • Maintain agreements with music licensing companies, ensuring ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC licenses and payments are up to date., • Act as the administrative “gatekeeper” of the Programming office to ensure and maintain the accuracy of key files. Organize the office including filing, archiving, and maintaining records, including creation of post-production informational binders., • Coordinate with in-house facilities, IT, and maintenance crew to prepare building spaces (meeting rooms, rehearsal rooms, dressing rooms, etc.) and ensure each program’s needs are met and on schedule. Support for Programming: • Provide production support to Recitals, Artist Studios, and Artist-in-Residence showings/events, occasionally in a stage management capacity as needed., • Book and manage all travel, transfers and accommodations for head house programming, • Create and send detailed Artist Welcome Pack, • Oversee logistical needs of the Armory’s Artist in Residence program, including scheduling bi-annual move-outs during major art show(s), and coordinating storage for Artists’ items during that time., • Create and distribute building IDs, signage, and security lists for all programming events., • Support on special projects as required. Minimum Requirements: A bachelor’s degree and a comprehensive understanding of a performing arts production environment are required. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven by a desire to create order in complex, fast-moving environments. Candidates must be proactive self-starters who thrive under pressure, manage multiple competing priorities with calm efficiency, and consistently meet demanding deadlines. A minimum of two years of experience in Executive Assistance, Administrative Assistance, or artist services is required, with demonstrated ability to support senior leadership at an executive level. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), exceptional administrative and organizational judgment, discretion in handling confidential information, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar and project management tools, budget tracking, and emerging AI platforms. This role ensures all deliverables align with the client's creative vision, brand standards, and technical specifications. Key Responsibilities: Pipeline & Workflow Leadership • Define, maintain, and continuously optimize the CGI production pipeline to support efficient, scalable project delivery., • Collaborate with AI Developers, pipeline engineers, and production teams to implement workflow improvements and automation within HOME., • Identify opportunities to streamline rendering, asset management, and production processes through emerging technologies., • Ensure pipeline stability, consistency, and adherence to production standards across all CGI projects. Start date is August 24, 2026 Responsibilities and Duties (including, but not limited to): Instructional Planning • Provide direct special education services to students according to the requirements of their Individualized Education Plan, and to address other educational needs, • Work with teachers, Principal, specialists, parents and CSEs to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), • Assume personal responsibility for the academic progress of all students, • Implement a coherent, research-based curriculum in consultation with Principal, • Differentiate lesson plans for students with Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in an inclusion setting and implement IEPs as necessary, • Teach socially acceptable behavior, employing techniques such as behavior modification and positive reinforcement, • Document all lesson plans, assignments, rubrics, and other instructional materials and methods, • Use consistent school-wide practices and a variety of individualized methods to engage students in the classroom, • Complete all annual reviews and behavior intervention plans required by Federal and State mandates, • Implement all State and Federal mandates for students with IEP’s Instructional Delivery • Document all lesson plans, assignments, rubrics and other instructional materials and methods, • Use consistent school-wide practices and a variety of individualized methods to engage students in the classroom, • Use technology tools for instruction, planning, and communication and ensure student engagement, • All duties encompassed under classroom teacher Student Assessment • Measure student achievement and progress towards learning objectives using the school’s formative and summative assessment tools, • Evaluate academic achievement through detailed data analysis of student performance on a wide variety of metrics, • Provide ongoing and timely feedback to students on their progress towards meeting expectations and achieving goals, • Use student data to reflect on effectiveness of lessons and student achievement progress in order to improve instruction and personal practice, • Develop and use a variety of assessment data to refine curricula and instructional practice, • Completes all reports in a timely manner Learning Environment • Create, and manage a responsive learning environment that enables students to feel safe, to be creative, and to develop to their full potential, • Establish, model, practice and reinforce age-appropriate rules and discipline using school approved procedures; The teacher will develop the knowledge, skills and talents of students utilizing a variety of techniques appropriate to students’ interests and abilities. The music teacher facilitates the successful implementation of a rigorous curriculum aligned with the New York State P-12 Learning Standards for the Arts. The Music Teacher is responsible for teaching two courses, including Introduction to Percussion and Strings (Fall Semester) and Introduction to Music Production (Spring Semester). Students will have access to keyboards, guitars and drum sets, as well computers with music production software.
