Job Description Exceed your potential with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring for Electrical Assemblers in Carson, CA. As a Electrical Assembler, you will: • Assembles and solder electronic printed circuit boards, small mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies., • The employee will use basic electronic assembly tools, instruments and equipment daily in the production of printed circuit boards and assemblies., • Use standard electronic assembly hand tools, common power tools and continuity test equipment such as ohmmeters., • Prepare wires for assembly measuring, cutting, stripping, tinning and attaching contacts, lugs and other terminal type devices using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools and soldering equipment., • Apply and handle conformal coatings, sealants and adhesives., • Perform less complex acceptance test procedures utilizing specific test equipment., • Work in a team environment participating in continuous improvement activities., • Keep assigned work area organized and clean. Schedule: 2:30pm to 11:00pm Monday through Friday with OT when needed.
