Job Description Job Responsibilities: • Must have experience working with PCB, electrical wiring, and electrical components, • Excellent soldering and de-soldering skills, • Solder/Mount assembled components, such as, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits and sockets on chassis panels & on PCBs., • Train and mentor junior level assemblers, • Must have good technical background and understand basic electronics, • Use hand tools such as crimps, stakes, wire strippers, cements, press fits, or similar hand tools, • Must be able to pot required components, • Must be able to tin wires, • Must be able to work with small components, • Layout control boxes; drill and punch. Layout back panels; drill and tap., • Plan, layout and perform diversified wiring on a variety of custom and standard products., • Loading firmware/software onto required subassemblies/final products, • Test electrical controls and adjust as required, • Ability to follow strict rules and procedures to meet Good Manufacturing Process and Safety requirements., • Assist the supervisor and alert him/her to non-conforming components., • Ability to maintain inventory accuracy., • Ability to work effectively, unsupervised, under own initiative, • Excellent eye for detail., • Strong communication skills., • Strong teamwork capability, supporting others when required., • Perform other duties as assigned. Compensation: $32hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
