Job Description Assembler Job Description Join our assembly department where you will play a crucial role in constructing high-quality spa and hot tub accessories. This position involves adding insulation and trim, extensive drilling, and securing components using rivets and screws. You will utilize hand and power tools, follow templates, and accurately measure with tape measures. The assembly line includes 10 different stations, and you will receive cross-training to ensure versatility and adaptability across different areas. Responsibilities • Assemble spa and hot tub accessories such as risers and covers., • Add insulation and trim to products., • Perform drilling, riveting, and screwing tasks., • Use hand and power tools proficiently., • Follow templates and take precise measurements with tape measures., • Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times., • Experience using hand and power tools., • Ability to take accurate measurements with a tape measure., • Prior experience working with rivets and screws., • Troubleshooting and general production skills., • Comfortable working with aluminum parts. Expect a warm environment without air conditioning, especially during summer months when the oven is running. The role involves getting hands-on and may get dirty while working with powder materials. Team collaboration and maintaining cleanliness are essential. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
