Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Panel Assembler/Technician to assemble, wire, and test electrical control panels. This role includes panel power-up, loading PLC/HMI programs, and configuring components to ensure proper function. Must follow UL508A standards and company procedures. Responsibilities: • Cut, terminate, and label wires based on work instructions, • Cut wireway, covers, and DIN rail to required lengths, • Create wire and component labels, • Assemble small parts, • Complete all traveler/work order paperwork, • Ensure quality standards are met and report issues, • Follow UL508A requirements, • Apply power (1PH & 3PH) for testing shorts or miswiring, • Load programs into PLCs and HMIs, • Configure components per schematics and spec sheets, • Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspace, • Support continuous improvement efforts, • Ability to read electrical schematics; UL508A knowledge required, • Strong attention to detail and safety-minded, • Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuitry, • Knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and instrumentation, • Experience with Rockwell, Eaton, Schneider, and IDEC PLCs/software, • Strong organizational and communication skills, • High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical certificate a plus, • Minimum 3 years of electrical technician experience with PLCs, drives, and control panelsCompany DescriptionWe are a staffing company that has been in business for 36 years!We are a staffing company that has been in business for 36 years!
