Full job description Deliver training on the Asite platform to end users. - Monitor support emails and voicemails received from MTA Asite end users and resolve problems or take appropriate action. - Gather, organize, and analyze large internal and external data sets to provide insights for management. - Assist with data entry and clean-up in Asite - Assist with developing interactive dashboards of Asite data in Power BI.
