Job Description Fire Sprinkler Inspector Trinity Fire Suppression – North Texas Trinity Fire Suppression is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Fire Sprinkler Inspector to join our growing team. We are a full-service fire protection company serving commercial and healthcare facilities throughout North Texas. Position Summary The Fire Sprinkler Inspector is responsible for performing inspection, testing, and documentation of fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA standards and local codes. This position requires strong technical knowledge, clear communication, and the ability to work independently in commercial environments, including medical facilities. Responsibilities • Perform inspection, testing, and maintenance of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge sprinkler systems, • Conduct annual, quarterly, monthly, and 5-year inspections per NFPA 25, • Inspect fire pumps, backflows (visual), standpipes, and related components, • Identify deficiencies and clearly document findings, • Generate accurate and complete inspection reports, • Communicate deficiencies and recommended repairs to customers professionally, • Coordinate with office staff for scheduling and follow-up, • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment, • Follow all safety procedures and site-specific requirements Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of fire sprinkler inspection experience, • Working knowledge of NFPA 25 and applicable local codes, • Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record, • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills, • Professional appearance and communication skills, • Ability to pass background check (required for hospital facilities) Preferred Qualifications • Experience inspecting in healthcare or large commercial facilities, • Backflow certification (a plus), • Ability to identify repair solutions, not just deficiencies Compensation & Benefits • Competitive pay based on experience and licensing, • Company vehicle provided, • Paid time off, • Paid holidays, • Opportunities for advancement, • Ongoing training and licensing supportCompany DescriptionTrinity Fire Suppression is a full-service fire protection company specializing in fire sprinkler systems, inspections, service, repairs, and system installations.
