Working from 10pm–6am, you’ll prepare, proof, and bake a variety of pastries with precision and care — ensuring every item meets our high standards for flavor, quality, and consistency. Key Responsibilities • Daily Production: Prepare, proof, and bake a variety of baked goods and viennoiserie, following established recipes and production guidelines., • Time Management: Execute baking schedules to ensure all products are ready for delivery on time without compromising quality., • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all baked goods., • Equipment Operation: Safely operate mixers, ovens, proofers, and other baking equipment., • Organization & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards., • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other bakers and kitchen staff to meet production goals efficiently., • 1+ year of professional baking experience, preferably in bread, viennoiserie, or pastry production., • Strong understanding of baking processes, including proofing, fermentation, and lamination (preferred but not required)., • Ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment., • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality., • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed., • A team-oriented mindset and willingness to take direction., • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. Job DescriptionThe Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Baker ensures that cakes of the highest quality are consistently created for our guests and contributes to superior service by meeting production demands. Following strict proprietary recipes, NbC production methods and food safety standards, the Baker perform the repeated baking process for our delicious cakes offered in a variety of flavors and sizes.
