About the Role: As a Market President, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth, managing commercial lending operations, and leading high-performing teams across Colorado Springs and Pueblo, Colorado. What You'll Do: • Lead Regional Growth: Develop and execute strategic goals to expand commercial lending and overall market presence., • Build Strong Teams: Hire, mentor, and manage commercial lending staff; oversee training and professional development., • Drive Lending Excellence: Review and approve complex loan packages, ensure compliance, and support relationship managers in structuring deals., • Champion Customer Relationships: Deepen existing relationships and cultivate new business through community engagement and personalized support., • Oversee Branch Collaboration: Partner with Retail leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience across regional branches., • Represent the Brand: Be a visible, values-driven leader in the community — trusted, approachable, and integrity-first.
