While we are considering candidates from both coasts, only one role will be filled. This position is responsible for co-creating and sustaining a culture of continuous learning and development while ensuring the growth and evolution of new employees’ skills and capabilities within their current and future roles. This position is primarily responsible for designing, developing, facilitating, and administering new employee orientation (NEO) and other informational or developmental training programs, soft skills and technical, to Partners employees, as needed, to support the achievement of the organization’s vision, mission and strategies. Principal Responsibilities: 1. Owns the end-to-end onboarding and integration experience, from pre-boarding through 30/60/90-day milestones, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and scalable approach across the organization., 2. Designs, develops, facilitates, and administers New Employee Orientation (NEO) and onboarding learning pathways, both in-person and virtual, aligned to organizational strategy, culture, and performance expectations. 3. Partners with managers and leaders to enable effective onboarding, providing tools, guidance, and coaching to reinforce role clarity, early goal setting, feedback, and on-the-job application., 3. Develops role-based onboarding pathways and learning assets (job aids, guides, resources, and learning modules) that support technical, behavioral, and cultural integration., 4. Ensures onboarding and integration workflows are embedded within learning and HR systems (LMS, HRIS, ATS, and related tools), enabling automation, tracking, and a seamless employee experience., 5. Measures and evaluates onboarding effectiveness, tracking outcomes such as completion, engagement, time-to-productivity, and early retention; provides insights and recommendations to continuously improve learning transfer and ROI., 6. Partners cross-functionally with HR, IT, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Communications, and business leaders to ensure coordinated, timely, and accurate onboarding execution., 7. Supports cultural integration and enterprise alignment, ensuring new hires understand Partners’ values, service model, and the relationship with The Walt Disney Company, while reinforcing expectations for performance and behavior., 8. Coordinates onboarding logistics and readiness, including scheduling, learning plan completion, access requests, and technology enablement in partnership with hiring managers and IT., 9. Identifies patterns, gaps, and risks in early employee experiences, escalating insights to L&D and OD partners to inform broader learning, leadership, and performance strategies., 10. Maintains comprehensive, up-to-date working knowledge of employee perks, discounts, and benefits available through Partners and the Sponsor (Disney). Additional Responsibilities: 1. Ensures that requests, questions, and problems are courteously, professionally, and promptly resolved with internal and external customers; Maintains confidentiality when appropriate, 2. Ensures that the Credit Union’s reputation and brand is maintained both internally and externally, 3. Develops and facilitates the delivery of communication as needed, 4. Collaborates, coordinates, and integrates as a trusted partner with others as part of getting the work done, 5. Leads, attends, and participates in meetings and committees as needed and required KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Minimum Education Required to Perform Job: High School Diploma or GED Minimum Years of Relevant Work Experience Required to Perform Job Upon Hire: 2 to 5 years Other Training, Technical Skills, or Knowledge Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) Other Measurable Abilities Required Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and conduct training sessions · Demonstrated time management ability and able to balance competing priorities · Demonstrated ability to thrive in a flexible environment; nimble and willing to change Shift Work: Monday – Friday; 9am-5pm with occasional Saturdays, if needed for training delivery Discretion/Latitude: As an individual contributor, this role has a measure of decision-making influence in relation to the day-to-day operation of NEO. This individual will operate as a trusted partner with the ability to demonstrate professional judgement real-time during the facilitation of training classes and in interactions with new hires. Physical Demands & Environmental/Working Conditions: This position is performed primarily in a traditional office or bank/credit union setting, with no expected adverse environmental conditions. This position requires the ability to: • move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces, • remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods, • adjust or move objects up to 15 pounds in all directions, • perform repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, • use primarily just the fingers to make small movements such as typing, picking up small objects, or pinching fingers together, • verbally communicate to convey detailed or important instructions or ideas accurately, loudly, or quickly, • hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information The hiring range for this position in Florida is $51,200.00 to $76,800.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
