About the role This opportunity is designed for an experienced Litigation Partner who wants to lead sophisticated matters while working in a firm that combines entrepreneurial freedom with meaningful internal support. The role centers on guiding litigation strategy, deepening client relationships, and contributing to firm leadership in a setting that values transparency, collaboration, and practical decision-making. The firm is open to supporting one or several practice areas based on fit and interest, including Labor & Employment, Coverage, Business/Commercial, Insurance Defense, Real Estate, Professional Liability, Trusts & Estates, Tax, Corporate, Probate, Construction, Environmental, and Healthcare. Responsibilities • Lead complex litigation matters through all phases of dispute resolution, • Develop and drive case strategy for clients across one or more practice areas, • Manage client relationships with a focus on responsiveness, trust, and long-term partnership, • Oversee and mentor associates and legal teams while fostering a collaborative working environment, • Provide leadership on matter staffing, litigation approach, and overall case execution, • Contribute to practice growth and broader business development efforts, • Partner closely with firm leadership on practice strategy and firm direction, • Support a positive, transparent, and team-oriented culture across the litigation group, • Leverage firm resources, litigation support, and internal infrastructure to deliver strong client outcomesRequirements, • Significant litigation experience at the partner or counsel level, • Demonstrated ability to manage cases, clients, and legal teams effectively, • Experience handling complex litigation matters with strong strategic judgment, • Some portable business preferred, though the firm is flexible for the right overall fit, • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, • Proven leadership and mentoring ability in a law firm environment, • Ability to work successfully in a collaborative, low-ego, non-bureaucratic setting, • Interest in playing a meaningful role in practice development, firm culture, and leadership, • Ability to support work in one or more areas such as L&E, Coverage, Business/Commercial, Insurance Defense, Real Estate, Professional Liability, T&E, Tax, Corporate, Probate, Construction, Environmental, or Healthcare Benefits " Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance " Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability " 401(k) Plan " Paid Time Off " Bar dues and CLEs " In-house mentoring program • For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
