Partner with Salon Leaders to ensure that stylists receives coaching and training to continuously improve their skills and service levels., • Ensure a high level of employee satisfaction through strong leadership with the objective of retaining the best talent and consistent performance management rhythms. ● Coach and communicate with Salon Leaders to develop Stylists for promotion to Salon Leader positions., • Ensure that performance management is executed through recognition and coaching. Document important conversations. Measure performance and provide coaching as necessary. Terminate non-performing Salon Managers and other staff as needed., • Accurate data reporting for scorecards, personnel management, and budgets. ● Must ensure the market is partnering with HR on performance management, disciplinary concerns, hires and terminations within 24-48 hours of the incident., • Must meet monthly business rhythm timelines for the scorecards, personnel management, and budgets. ○ consistent daily, weekly, monthly coaching and recognition ○ 1:1 documentation monthly that supports growth and development in all salons. ● Ensure you coordinate PTO and absences with OM to ensure there is always continuity of leadership for Market Personnel. • Achieve sales, profit and expense goals in all salons that you directly supervise. ● Influence positive RMP results, • Train Salon Leaders on P&L/ RMP responsibilities., • Utilize management information tools and analyze financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in salon performance., • Execute IMT satisfactorily., • Ensure that salons are visually set following YSG's direction and that promotional displays are coordinated and executed.
