Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a salon or beauty industry setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using salon booking software, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.
