Who You Are: A social-first, culturally fluent marketing leader who lives and breathes digital storytelling. You have a proven track record of building and scaling impactful influencer programs, driving earned visibility, and shaping brand presence across social media platforms. You understand how to turn creators into advocates, how to grow a brand’s reach on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, and how to partner with PR and social agencies to drive measurable results. Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing, you’ll lead Fur’s social, PR and influencer strategy across both Fur You (consumer) and Fur Professionals (B2B)—building visibility, affinity, and conversion through creators, affiliates, and owned social channels. What You’ll Do: • Lead all influencer marketing initiatives across Fur You and Fur Professionals, from strategy and sourcing to execution, contracts, and performance tracking., • Manage one direct report (Associate Manager, Influencer Marketing) and oversee day-to-day execution across campaigns, partnerships, and affiliate programs., • Oversee PR and social agencies to ensure cohesive storytelling, alignment with brand strategy, and consistent delivery of KPIs., • Drive affiliate and ShopMy growth, ensuring influencer and creator partnerships deliver both brand awareness and commercial impact., • Own Fur’s social media strategy and calendar—with a focus on TikTok and Instagram—developing platform-native content approaches that build engagement, reach, and brand authority., • Partner with the creative team and external content creators to concept and produce high-performing social content that differentiates Fur in the beauty and body care space., • Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging creator communities; translate insights into proactive recommendations for growth., • Collaborate with PR partners to align influencer and press moments, amplifying launches and key cultural moments., • Set and track KPIs across social and influencer initiatives, using data to guide strategy and optimize performance., • 6–8+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, ideally within beauty, wellness, or CPG., • Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and creator ecosystems, with hands-on experience running affiliate or ShopMy programs., • Proven ability to manage agencies, creators, and internal teams., • Strong creative sensibility with a bias for action and results., • Generous Time Off: Unlimited PTO, Summer Fridays, and 12 paid holidays., • Flexibility: Hybrid work environment in NYC., • Paid Parental Leave: Up to 4 months fully paid., • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA options, commuter benefits, Employee Assistance Program, Commuter Benefits, and access to Spring Health., • Retirement: 401(k) with company match after one year.
