Inspired by The Dream Manager by Matthew Kelly, we are seeking a compassionate, driven, and strategic Employee Success Manager to lead our Dream Manager & Chaplain Liaison program. This program helps our team members identify, articulate, and achieve their personal and professional dreams, while also fostering spiritual and emotional support through our optional Chaplain program in a non-denominational, inclusive manner. This dual role combines coaching and mentoring with access to values-based care and emotional support services, providing a holistic approach to employee well-being. The ideal candidate will cultivate a supportive environment that enhances engagement, promotes personal growth, and aligns personal goals with the company’s mission. Key Responsibilities Dream Management Program: • Facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions to help employees articulate and pursue their personal dreams (e.g., financial, personal development, health, relationships, education)., • Develop and implement a structured Dream Management Program with goal-setting, resources, and tracking tools., • Serve as a trusted mentor and motivator, helping individuals overcome obstacles and stay accountable., • Organize group workshops, seminars, and motivational events that promote personal and professional growth., • Track participation and progress to measure the impact on engagement, retention, and morale., • Act as a primary point of contact between DTK employees and the Chaplaincy service, ensuring seamless communication and access., • Coordinate visits, meetings, and communications with the Chaplain to provide timely spiritual, emotional, and pastoral support., • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the integrity of faith-based support services in alignment with company policies., • Promote awareness of the Chaplaincy program, encouraging employees to engage when seeking spiritual or emotional support., • Support company events and initiatives that integrate holistic well-being - including physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field is preferred. A bachelor's degree in Theology, Pastoral Care, or related field are welcomed but not required., • 3-5 years of experience in employee engagement, coaching, HR, pastoral care, or related roles., • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for supporting individuals personally and spiritually., • Ability to motivate, inspire, and guide, with excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills., • Proven experience in program development and implementation., • Familiarity with chaplaincy services, spiritual care, or pastoral support preferred., • Certification in coaching, counseling, or pastoral care is a plus., • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
