Complete discharge notes, communicating to our community partners. Conduct warm hand off for guest when appropriate., • Maintain up-to-date CRM proprietary database daily and partner contacts. Complete Coordinated Entry System ("CES") Documents and all other documents required to maintain compliance. Complete Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS). Utilize bed board application to determine census capital for operational planning (i.e.) meal planning., • Provide emergency service referrals (e.g., domestic violence, human trafficking & sexual assault) and warm handoff referrals when appropriate., • Attend care coordination meetings. Collaborate with nursing team to execute weekly case conferencing for guest., • Practice harm reduction practices while conducting guests searches for contrabands or illegal substances when applicable. Job Description Position Summary The Ortho Registered Dental Assistant performs a variety of dental assisting duties while promoting a safe and cleanly environment for quality dental care. These duties include, but are not limited to, assisting the doctor; teaching the patients how to care for their teeth; communicating effectively with patients (or parents if patient is a child); maintaining equipment and inventory; cleaning, sterilizing, and packaging instruments; and following universal precautions, OSHA requirements, and dental board auxiliaries’ regulations. This role is focused on machine build, panel layouts, and industrial systems — you will own the electrical design and build of our robotic machining cells: control panel layout and build, machine wiring and harnesses, drive systems, safety circuits, and cell-level industrial power distribution. You will install and commission on the floor, not throw drawings over the wall. This is not a board-level / PCB design role — we are looking for an industrial / machine-build EE who has spent time inside real cells, panels, and control cabinets. You will partner directly with mechanical, controls, and operations engineers to take cells from clean-sheet concept through volume production, and set the industrial electrical standards the rest of the automation team inherits. What You'll Do * Design control panels and machine harnesses for robotic machining cells to NFPA 79, UL 508A, and IEC 60204-1. * Specify and integrate VFDs, servo drives, safety-rated relays / controllers, E-stops, light curtains, and interlocks. * Design and document 480 V / 208 V / 120 V AC distribution and 24 V DC logic, including transformer / disconnect / UPS sizing. * Run arc-flash analysis and NFPA 70E labeling for every cell. * Commission panels and harnesses on the floor — megger, hipot, continuity, insulation, LOTO walkdowns. * Codify electrical standards — labeling, wire colors, fuse strategies, grounding — into a reusable library. * Be the on-call electrical owner when a cell goes down; chase drives, power quality, grounding, and harnesses to root cause. What We're Looking For * Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent hands-on + credentials. * 3+ years designing and commissioning industrial control panels for automated machinery. * Fluent in EPLAN Electric P8 or AutoCAD Electrical (SolidWorks Electrical considered). * Experience with at least one of Rockwell / Siemens / Beckhoff / Yaskawa VFD and servo drives. * Working knowledge of NFPA 79, UL 508A, IEC 60204-1, NFPA 70E, and ISO 13849 / IEC 62061 safety-function design. * Proven experience wiring and commissioning panels on the floor — not just drawing them. * Comfortable reading scope / clamp-meter traces and debugging drives, ground loops, and power quality. Job Description Overview The Director of Preclinical & Clinical Science is the scientific and medical executive responsible for guiding Critical Innovations' scientific strategy, translational direction, clinical development, and medical oversight across all stages of the product lifecycle. Job DescriptionSalary: $85k - $100K Position Title: Behavioral Health Therapist (Registered or Licensed) Department: Behavioral Health Reports to: Behavioral Health Services Clinical Supervisor and/or Director Position Summary: Implement and promote a program of behavioral health in a community clinic setting, including, but not limited to, psychosocial assessment, diagnostic services, individual and group psychotherapy and case management/coordination with medical providers to individuals, couples, groups, children and families and supervision of trainees/interns (if applicable). Population is largely Spanish-speaking, low-income immigrant adults and children. Responsibilities: • Participates as directed in the screening of new mental health referrals within the clinic by means of an agency approved procedure which ensures that all individuals are adequately and appropriately served according to their individual needs and in accordance with existing board policies and procedures., • Participates in regular clinical case conferences and meetings., • Provides on-going supportive therapeutic and/or case management functions., • Complete all documentation with mandated time frames and in compliance with County, State and Clinic guidelines., • Completes DCFSs patient progress reports., • Meets regularly with the immediate supervisor as a means of enhancing professional growth,, • Provides ongoing mental health therapy service to a caseload of 33 patients., • Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor which are consistent with the position and in compliance with agency policies and procedures. Job Description JWCH Institute, Inc. is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a mission to provide comprehensive health care to low-income and homeless people in the County of Los Angeles. For many people, gaining access to dental care isn’t simply a matter of finding the nearest dentist. Some may face language and cultural issues that keep them from connecting with dental providers. Others may lack insurance coverage, transportation or childcare that would make it easier for them to visit the dentist. JWCH works to assist patients with navigating barriers and helping them achieve better oral health and improved overall health outcomes. Position Purpose: This position is responsible for assisting dentists in the direct provision of primary dental care services to patients at the clinic. The Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) is also responsible for the sterilization, preparation, and inventory control of dental instruments and supplies, as well as ensuring proper infection control in all patient care areas. RDAs are vital members of the JWCH Dental Department and must contribute to fostering a team atmosphere, whether at their assigned clinic or when filling in at other sites. RDAs are expected to use AIDET as an internal and external customer service tool with both patients and JWCH staff. The JWCH Dental Department includes multiple clinics, and all team members are expected to collaborate in a positive and professional manner to deliver patient-centered care. All JWCH Dental staff must have a passion for community-based dental care. Principal Responsibilities: • Serves as the dentist’s chair-side assistant using four-handed dentistry., • Assists patients in resolving minor difficulties, answering their questions, and providing directions as authorized by the dentist or hygienist., • Prepares treatment procedures for patient care according to Dental Department protocols and the dentist’s instructions., • Completes digital dental radiographs and takes intraoral pictures in accordance with state regulations, laws, and Dental Department protocols., • Performs independent procedures as delegated by the dentist, such as taking alginate impressions, fabricating temporary crowns, applying dental sealants, and performing coronal polishing in accordance with state regulations, laws, and Department protocols., • Maintains all Dental Department equipment in accordance with manufacturer instructions and Dental Department policies and protocols., • Ensures adequate operation of supplies and compiles a list of shortages for inventory control and ordering purposes., • Maintains a daily list of all scheduled assigned dentist’s patients, monitors patient flow, and assists the dentist(s) in ensuring that all patient records and documents are properly and accurately completed and filed., • Receives and places necessary telephone calls related to professional matters, clinical business, and patient care for the Dental Department., • Ensures the sterility of all reusable dental instruments and equipment in accordance with Dental Department directives and protocols., • Ensures the proper disposal of contaminated or potentially contaminated materials in accordance with Dental Department directives, clinic policies, and state and federal regulations., • Participates in appropriate health promotion and disease prevention activities, both on-site and off-site as required., • Maintains compliance with Infection Exposure Control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines as required by local, state, and federal regulations, Dental Department directives and protocols, and clinic policies., • May be required to perform front office duties such as scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying insurance/other patient eligibility, checking patients in and out, collecting co-pays and balances due, and managing patient flow to reduce cycle time and enhance the patient experience., • Apply topical fluoride when operating in a school-based setting or public health program., • Operate radiographic equipment., • Perform coronal polishing., • Apply topical fluoride., • Apply sealants (CA Board-approved course required)., • Chart obvious lesions, existing restorations, and missing teeth., • Fabricate, adjust, cement, and remove indirect provisional restorations, including stainless steel crowns when used as provisional restorations., • Test pulp vitality and record findings., • Place, adjust, and finish direct provisional restorations., • Remove excess cement from tooth surfaces with a hand instrument., • Place post-extraction dressings after inspection of the surgical site by the supervising licensed dentist., • Obtain intraoral images for computer-aided design (CAD)/intraoral scanning., • Adjust dentures extra orally. Skills and Abilities: • Effective written and oral communication., • Comprehensive knowledge of dental assisting techniques and procedures for all phases of specialty and general dentistry., • Knowledge of modern dental materials, their storage, handling and applications., • Prolonged sitting or standing may be required.
