Learn more about the practice atour website We are currently seeking a Licensed Veterinary Radiology Technician for our busy ER/Specialty practice • Daytime, weekday hours - flexibility possible, including option for part or full time hours, • All of our hospital departments will request radiographs. Our case responsible veterinarians will provide safe and specific sedation protocols, requests for required views, etc., • We ask that you will ensure compassionate, safe handling of our patient including the administration of sedation/anesthesia. We ask that you obtain high quality radiographs and ensure that our patient is safely managed throughout., • We will also train you to be able to receive, schedule, and run CT requests from all hospital departments. Job DescriptionBasic Function: Manage the administration of economic development incentives (grants and loans) from point of offer acceptance through funding disbursement for projects undertaken by businesses and organizations such as municipalities, and not-for-profits, and local economic development organizations. Work Performed: • General management of a portfolio of 80-100 active grants and loans, including review of applications, management of approval and funding process, compiling and reviewing information, negotiating terms, preparing directors approval documents and contracts, presenting projects, and attending off-site meetings., • Communicate with applicants and applicant reps, including telephone, email, and paper correspondence., • Ensure that project information is accurate in the web-based Project Tracking System., • Coordinate with internal contacts (Origination, Finance, Design and Construction, Contractor, and Supplier Diversity, Legal) in the preparation of board of directors’ approval materials, contracts, project status reports, and other documents appropriate for the review/management of projects., • Review requests for disbursement, perform desk audits, work with project attorneys for loan closings, and oversee grant disbursements., • Other departmental tasks as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Education Level required: Bachelor’s degree in business, liberal arts and sciences, public administration, urban planning, or similar fields. Relevant experience desired: Minimum 3-5 years’ direct experience in one or more of the following fields: economic development, government, planning, public administration, related business or not-for-profit area. Knowledge required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, take initiative, and work independently. Job Description YWCA of Syracuse & Onondaga County Job Title: Accountant FLSA Classification: Exempt Department: Main Office Reports to: Deputy Executive Director Job Summary: Responsible for the overall handling of the organization’s finances, both income and expense, nonprofit grant compliance. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned) · Prepares organization’s annual budget to be presented to the Board of Directors, in conjunction with the Executive Director · Prepare financial reports monthly to be discuss at the finance committee. This includes expenditure/income allocations in accordance to multiple grants/funding sources · Draft preliminary annual budget towards end of each fiscal year · Review annual budget for modifications during the year with Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director · Perform regular detailed analysis to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and manage program budgets · Oversee bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable · Manage bills and checks, review receivables from Operations Manager · Work in conjunction with Deputy Executive Director and Operations Manager to submit accurate financial reports to funders/grant billing · Work closely with Auditor during the audit season · Meets with Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director and Operations Manager for internal fiscal meetings prior to the finance committee meetings to review profit/loss, balance sheets, grant receivables etc. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Minimum Qualification Standards: BS degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
