    We’re looking for an energetic and outgoing Street Promoter & Floor Coordinator to represent our store at the front entrance and help drive foot traffic inside. This role is key to creating a strong first impression while also ensuring smooth daily operations with our vendors. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Engagement (Primary Role) Stand at or near the store entrance and actively engage passersby Invite and encourage people to come inside in a natural, on-brand way Communicate the concept: curated market featuring independent designers, artists, and small brands Maintain a friendly, high-energy presence at all times 2. Traffic Conversion Identify and approach potential customers effectively Adjust approach based on crowd, time of day, and audience Help increase in-store traffic and overall conversion 3. Vendor Coordination Check that all vendors are fully set up and open by store opening time (11am sharp) Follow up with vendors who are late or not ready Assist with basic vendor needs or escalate issues to management Ensure booths remain presentable throughout the day 4. Store Opening & Closing Support Support daily opening procedures (walkthrough, readiness check) Assist with closing coordination and ensuring vendors properly secure their booths Help maintain overall organization and flow of the space What We’re Looking For Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching strangers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and punctual (especially for opening shifts) Interest in fashion, retail, or creative brands is a plus Ability to represent a curated, design-forward brand (not overly aggressive salesy) Ideal Candidate Someone who can balance high-energy street engagement with professional in-store coordination — creating a welcoming, curated experience while keeping operations running smoothly.
