Key Responsibilities: • Generate New Business: Prospect and identify new opportunities in the technology sector, expanding the customer base through managing a residential territory., • Sales and Revenue Growth: Sell technology products and services to new and existing accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding sales activity and revenue goals., • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty while resolving any issues in a timely manner., • Strategic Planning: Plan and execute sales calls with clear objectives and action steps, targeting the right prospects and solutions., • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and other internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and to resolve any account-specific challenges., • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to continuously refine sales strategies and product offerings., • Strong organizational, communication (oral and written), and listening skills, • Technically inclined with a passion for learning about new technology products and services, • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented, • Ability to manage accounts, foster long-term relationships, and close deals, • Excellent interpersonal skills for working with both internal teams and external customers, • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience Lachlan Solutions is a premier provider of innovative technology products and services, delivering tailored solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
