Kentro is hiring an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to lead and support the systems engineer and lead architect efforts for CenTAM to include, but not limited to, identity management. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in IT management with expertise in solutions architecture, system design implementation, identity management, AD, PKI, Entra, O365 and Infrastructure. This role requires exceptional communication, strategic leadership, project management, sharp analytical and troubleshooting skills, to deliver robust, scalable technology solutions. Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): • Lead Active Directory Services Architect, design and support 2030 Census Technical Integration Initiative spanning Datacenters, cloud sites, AWS East and West, regional Census Centers, Area Census centers managing end users as needed., • Design, install, configure, and implement various systems as required by, • Design and develop scalable, efficient, and secure ITSM solutions that meet customer and Kentro requirements., • Lead Windows Team to include ticket management/distribution, projects assignment and escalations., • Create detailed documentation for ITSM solutions, including graphical solution representations and written solution descriptions, • Identify risk areas in ITSM solutions and provide risk mitigation recommendations for implementation., • Optimize data processing and transformation for performance and cost efficiency., • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions., • Ensure data security, compliance, and governance in systems., • Redesign the Directory Replication Model and consolidated multiple sites to support the current Census Support Model and regional offices as needed., • Create detailed design and operational documentation for Azure and Entra tenant configurations to support change management and FedRAMP compliance Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience, • Leadership and project management., • System design, implementation, and development background., • Troubleshooting and issue resolution., • Microsoft and VMware virtualization professionals., • Microsoft Active Directory Services Migration Specialist., • PKI Migration Specialist., • Proficiency with Azure/Entra/Okta, • Domain solutions: Windows Domain, NT4.0, 2000, 2003 RC/2 and Windows 2008/R2; Hyper V 2008, Windows 2012, 2012r2, 2016,2019 Domains, • VMware 4.0, 4.1, 5, 5.1, 5.5., 6.1-6.7., • Exchanges 2013 and 2019 Mail, Hybrid solutions., • System Center Suite, Operation Manager, SCVMM, Configuration Manager Suites 2008/2012, • Veeam Backup Versions, • Windows Clustering, Windows Hyper-V Clusters and Guest Clustering. 2008r2 to 2012 r2, • Windows XP, Vista, and 7; SharePoint 2003, 2007,2008 and 2010, • Cisco, USC., • Windows SQL and SQL Clusters, Windows 2012/2014 always-on SQL Hyper-V Clusters., • Oracle, • Hardware: HP, Dell, Cisco, NetApps, EMC, IBM and Unisys Brand ES Series Servers, • Operating Systems: Windows, 3.1, 3.51, NT4.0, 2000, 2003/R2, 2008/R2, 2012, Windows 4.0, 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, and 8; RedHat, SCO, AIX, and SUN 6-8, • Identity Management, ADFS 2.0 and FIM 2010., • Azure Cloud, Azure AD services Azure Ad Connect, • AWS East and West., • VPC Cloud Offering, ON PREM, • Programming Languages and Tools: Power Shell 1, and 3.0, • Office Productivity Tools: Office, 95, 98, 2000, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2015., • SharePoint 2012, and Groove., • IBM Kenexa, WEB focus, google mail ADFS Initiatives.
