Job Description Visa’s Global Brand Team is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager to join our Global Marketing organization, focusing on strengthening Visa’s Brand Value for both consumers and clients. This pivotal role will drive the development and management of our global brand claims strategy, positioning Visa as a leader in security, acceptance and trust. The Senior Manager will spearhead key FY26 initiatives that support our Security+ strategy, shape compelling value propositions, and unlock new opportunities to showcase Visa’s superiority in the marketplace. Effectively embedding Visa’s brand advantages in consumer advertising is a key lever for marketing to be able to deliver on the four strategic imperatives of Visa’s 2030 Strategy. Key Responsibilities: • Brand Claims Center of Excellence (COE)- Maintain and enhance a centralized global repository of brand claims spanning initiatives, audiences, and regions. Lead the development and refinement of claims and manage the risk assessment process for all brand claims, ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate guidelines., • Claims Development & Delivery - Develop and launch new, differentiated claims for strategic focus areas, including Affluent, Non-Card, Innovation Products, and B2B Solutions. Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Product, Regional, and Creative teams to ensure claims are substantiated, relevant, and globally scalable., • Audience Testing & Insights - Collaborate with Insights & Analytics teams to test brand claims ability to lift relevance, preference and motivation to choose Visa. Leverage insights to refine messaging and inform go to market strategies. Basic Qualifications: • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD, • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred., • 7+ years of progressive experience in global brand strategy, brand marketing, or related field - financial services or technology experience strongly preferred., • Proven track record in consumer product marketing and consumer product technology marketing., • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to inform strategy and storytelling., • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and global initiatives., • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at all levels., • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously., • Familiarity with brand measurement tools (e.g., BERA) and audience research methodologies a plus.
