Job Description We are seeking a Vice President of Business Development – Building Materials (Multifamily Sector) Our client, a national leader in specialty building materials, is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth across key U.S. markets. With offices in Oklahoma City, Atlanta, Dallas, Nashville, and Denver, the company is expanding rapidly and poised to double revenue. The Role: • Lead and coach a national business development team, • Architect sales processes, training, and strategy for scalable growth, • Serve as both player and coach- driving key accounts while empowering the team, • Expand national relationships with major developers and contractors, • Partner with leadership to deliver on a $100M+ growth plan The Ideal Candidate: • Proven business development leadership in construction, building materials, or multifamily, • Experience selling building materials or construction services to the multi-family sector, • Residing in one of the main cities: Atlanta, Oklahoma, Dallas, Nashville, or Denver, • Skilled at building teams and systems, not just closing deals, • Experience with nation wide travel 50 Percent of the time, • Strong client-facing executive presence, • Strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented Compensation & Benefits: • Base salary: $150,000–$200,000, • Bonus potential: up to 50% of base (all-in capped at $300,000), • World-class benefits and a platform to make lasting impact If you’re ready to shape the future of a growing national firm, we would like to speak with you!
