Job Description TRADITIONAL LABOR ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY LABOR RELATIONS & EMPLOYMENT PRACTICE Location: Denver, CO Our client, an AmLaw 150 international labor and employment law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Labor Relations & Employment Practice in Denver. This role offers the opportunity to advise and advocate for employers on a wide range of traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance arbitration, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. Candidate Profile • JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record, • Active Bar Admission in Colorado, in good standing, • 7+ years of traditional labor law experience, • Candidates with mixed employment litigation and some labor experience will also be considered, • Extensive experience in traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining and contract administration, • Grievance arbitration experience with the ability to handle matters independently, • Experience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB strongly preferred, • Strong writing, analytical, and research skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment, • Soft Skills: Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively; strong communication and organizational skills Key Responsibilities • Represent employers in collective bargaining negotiations and contract administration, • Handle grievance arbitration proceedings and related labor disputes, • Defend and prosecute unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB, • Provide strategic counseling to clients on traditional labor matters and compliance issues, • Support litigation matters involving labor relations and employment disputes, • Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to deliver efficient and effective legal solutions Why Join Us?
