Overview Provides direct clinical services including assessment and treatment planning, supportive counseling and supportive therapy, advocacy and psychoeducation, and linkage to community agencies and services, as required. Provides coordination of services between the varying providers for clients/members with complex psychiatric, substance use, and/or co-morbid medical conditions. Ensures access and linkage to the full array of necessary physical and behavioral health services and other community-based services to address social determinants of health. Works under general supervision. The WeCARE Wellness Program, funded by the Human Resources Administration, provides coordinated care for clients with medical or behavioral health conditions who are temporarily unable to work. After a clinical assessment, eligible clients are assigned to a care manager who maintains a caseload of 70 clients and provides monthly follow-ups. Care managers connect clients to essential treatment providers and community resources to help stabilize their condition. The program includes support from wellness health coaches, who conduct outreach, facilitate workshops, and assist the care management team, as well as an operations team that ensures smooth program delivery. We also have Qualified Health professionals, such as licensed social workers, who complete clinical assessments and manage clients who need enhanced case management. Lastly, the leadership team consists of program coordinators, an operations supervisor, and the directors. The wellness plan typically lasts 90 days, with the option to extend as needed. At the end of the plan, medical documentation is reviewed by on-site physicians to determine whether the client can transition out of the program into a vocational rehabilitation service, requires an extension, or should be considered for Supplemental Security Income. Facilitates periodic case record reviews and case conferences with all providers serving the clients/members., • Provides information and assistance through advocacy and education to clients/members and family on availability and eligibility of entitlements and community services. Arranges transportation and accompanies clients/members to appointments as necessary., • Assists clients/members and/or families in the development of a sustainable network of community-based supports, utilizing identified strengths and tools designed to prevent future participant crises and/or reduce the negative impact if a crisis does occur., • Participates in initial and ongoing trainings as necessary to maintain and enhance clinical and professional skills., • Maintains updated case records in program EMR. Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a real estate organization in Montclair, New Jersey in a contract capacity with the potential for a permanent position. This position supports construction and development accounting by ensuring invoices, payment documentation, and vendor records are handled accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across departments, responding to payment inquiries, and maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Review invoices, payment packets, employee reimbursements, credit card charges, and check requests for accuracy, required documentation, and proper approvals within established timelines., • Partner with construction operations, project leadership, coordinators, field teams, and corporate staff to investigate and resolve accounts payable discrepancies, including items managed through Procore., • Prepare, issue, and distribute checks for multiple entities, and complete daily Positive Pay reporting for uploaded bank records., • Maintain weekly cash tracking for accounts payable activity and provide updates to construction accounting leadership for check run planning., • Administer online bill payment activity through the bank platform, including setting up new payees, entering payment details, and coordinating review prior to release., • Respond to vendor and employee questions by researching invoice status, reviewing aged items, obtaining backup documentation, and following issues through to resolution., • Support year-end and periodic accounting needs by assisting with 1099 preparation, reimbursement packages, audit support materials, and insurance-related documentation for projects., • Prepare recurring status updates, coordinate occasional banking errands such as deposits or certified checks, and help manage departmental supply orders and other administrative accounting tasks.• Experience in accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, payment processing, and check run support., • Familiarity with construction accounting environments and documentation such as purchase orders, lien releases, insurance certificates, and AIA-related forms., • Ability to identify errors, verify supporting paperwork, and maintain accuracy across high-volume transactions., • Comfortable communicating with vendors, project teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues efficiently., • Proficiency with accounting systems, online banking tools, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office applications., • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, recurring reporting, and multiple priorities at once., • Detail-oriented written and verbal communication skills for handling inquiries, preparing updates, and supporting cross-functional coordination.
