Job Description We are NOT hiring a “driver” or “car cleaner.” We are looking for ONE hungry, coachable, high-energy person to work directly with the CEO and become the engine that scales this company from 30 cars to 300+.You will spend 70–80% of your time closing fleet partnership deals (calling, texting, LinkedIn, in-person meetings) with investors and entrepreneurs who want to own a 5–10 car rental business and keep 60–70% of the profit while we supply brand-new vehicles, insurance, and maintenance. The other 20–30% you’ll be the CEO’s right hand: delivering vehicles to customers, coordinating cleaning/swaps, solving problems fast — whatever it takes to keep the operation running 7 days a week. This is a build-an-empire role. The harder and smarter you work, the more money you (and the company) make. Day-to-Day • Cold & warm outreach to investors, real estate wholesalers, entrepreneurs, Turo hosts, and business owners, • Present and close our fleet partnership program (most partners net $8K–$25K/month per 5–10 cars), • Pick up/drop off vehicles, coordinate detailing, handle customer hand-offs, • Light customer service & problem-solving when cars are on rent, • Work every day (including weekends when needed) until the mission is accomplished Requirements – No Exceptions • 25 years or older, • Valid driver’s license & clean driving record (we check), • Proven sales or outreach experience (Turo hosts, solar, real estate, car sales, B2B, recruiting — if you’ve ever closed deals over the phone or in person, you’ll crush this), • Confident, professional, and relentless communicator Compensation & Perks • $50K–$80K base (DOE), • Lucrative deal bonuses — $2,000–$10,000+ every time you sign a fleet partner, • Company car + gas card after probation We move fast — the right person starts within 7 days.
