Job Description Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator Location: Houston, TX (On-Site) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Company: Texbrite, Inc. – Automotive Chemical & Detailing Products Distributor About Texbrite Texbrite is a fast-paced, family-owned automotive chemical and detailing products company serving dealerships, car washes, and service centers across Texas. We’re a team obsessed with operational excellence, integrity, and creating real relationships with our customers and vendors. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator who thrives on structure, efficiency, and getting things done. If you’re the type who loves streamlining chaos, improving systems, and supporting leadership to move the company forward — this is your role. What You’ll Do Support Leadership & Operations • Directly assist the VP/GM with scheduling, meetings, follow-ups, and logistics., • Track and report KPIs for production, operations, and company performance., • Process pick tickets, invoices, purchase orders, and backorders accurately in the ERP., • Maintain up-to-date digital and physical files for inventory, vendors, and customers., • Respond to customer and vendor emails, calls, and texts within two business hours., • Route and resolve delivery or product issues through documented processes., • Monitor warehouse staging and ensure pulled inventory is properly handled., • Schedule equipment maintenance (forklifts, trucks, HVAC, IT, etc.) and verify completion., • Oversee logistics for vendor drum returns and product samples. What Success Looks Like You’ll know you’re crushing it when: • The VP and CEO can focus on strategy instead of putting out fires., • The office runs smoothly without chaos in the mornings., • Vendors, customers, and team members all know they can rely on you for clarity, accuracy, and follow-through. What We’re Looking For • 2–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or office support roles., • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using ERP systems., • Organized, detail-oriented, and obsessed with follow-through., • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)., • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment., • Aligned with Texbrite’s Core Values: Integrity, Customer Obsession, Authentic Relationships, Adventurous Mindset, and Commitment to Operational Excellence.
