This allows our therapists to focus on developing constructive pathways toward improvement and personal growth. By working with clients who are eager to engage and motivated for change, you can truly make a significant impact on their mental health journey. Qualifications\n\n • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.\n, • An independent license is mandatory; we accept the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.\n, • Proficient in making professional evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation.\n, • Exceptional interpersonal skills, combined with a sympathetic and caring nature.\n, • Strong computer literacy to navigate our platform and manage software effectively.\nPreferred Experience\n\n, • Experience in telehealth settings is advantageous but not required.
