You will be critical in addressing their unique mental health challenges and formulating therapeutic approaches that resonate with their lived experiences. Qualifications\n\n • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.\n, • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.\n, • Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and the incorporation of cultural competence into therapeutic practices.\n, • Proven experience in delivering individual and group therapy sessions with a focus on inclusive, culturally responsive techniques.\n, • Exceptional crisis intervention abilities, along with a calm demeanor in challenging therapeutic situations.\n, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.\n, • Technological proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related digital tools.\n, • A commitment to ethical practice, professionalism, and maintaining confidentiality in all patient interactions.\n, • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.\nPreferred Experience\n\n, • Experience working in a multicultural setting is highly valued, particularly with populations facing stigma or barriers to care.\n, • Prior engagement in community outreach programs or mental health awareness workshops is a plus.\n, • Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy delivery.\nCompensation and Benefits\n The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
