Job DescriptionDescription: Construction Laborer – Civils Job Description Job Summary The Construction Laborers at CellSite Solutions perform general construction and maintenance work related to telecommunications. Under the direction of a crew lead, the main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to forming & placing concrete footings and pads, digging holes and trenches, site restoration, installing underground conduit and wiring, building and repairing fencing, performing basic electrical and mechanical work, and other field construction activities. This position is the face of our company and delivers high-quality results to ensure customer satisfaction. The equipment line ranges from small generators and concrete saws to skid loaders, forklifts, concrete pumps, and crane trucks. This position will focus primarily on small-engine equipment such as generators, concrete saws, power buggies, water pumps, plate compactors, light towers, mixers, and similar machinery. Key Responsibilities Perform assigned maintenance and repair tasks with minimal supervision and within established timeframes. Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment for fellow employees. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools, test equipment, service manuals, and bulletins.
