Competitive Compensation & Benefits • $58,000–$62,000/year base salary + performance-based bonus, • $100 monthly dining credit – enjoy meals at any of our 16 CRG restaurants, • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance options, • 401(k) with 4% company match, • 3+ weeks of paid vacation, paid sick days, and holidays As Sous Chef, you’ll partner with our Executive Chef and General Manager to drive kitchen operations, elevate guest satisfaction, and inspire your team. • Execute consistent, high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, upscale environment, • Train and mentor sous chefs and BOH staff to deliver excellence daily, • Ensure kitchen readiness, food safety, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep, • Monitor food and labor costs while upholding outstanding guest experiences, • Lead menu innovation, sampling, and strategy discussions, • 3–5 years of experience in a Sous Chef role, • Strong background in casual fine dining or upscale hospitality concepts, • Proven ability to manage teams, delegate effectively, and maintain high morale, • Expertise in kitchen operations, P&L, scheduling, and food/labor cost controls, • Culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred but not required), • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of kitchen and management softwareCompany DescriptionCenturion Restaurant Group was founded by foodies, for foodies.
