Salary can be discussed. Need a vegan chef for a few weeks for a cleanse. Hoping they can handle mushrooms well, beans and even bake some sweets using a vegan diet. Hoping they can also grab the ingredients which can be accommodated. This can be extended beyond three weeks and would be for two or three days a week for about 3 to 5 hours a day. Cooking preferable done in morning. I love sauce, so I would expect a lot of sauce to be made.
