What You’ll Do Building Systems and Facility Maintenance • Operate, monitor, and maintain building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related facility equipment., • Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, general repairs, and assigned maintenance tasks., • Troubleshoot facility issues and determine the appropriate next steps based on urgency, safety, and operational impact., • Respond promptly to maintenance concerns, including leaks, alarms, equipment issues, safety concerns, and building system needs., • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in mechanical rooms, work areas, and assigned common spaces., • Use appropriate tools, equipment, and safety practices when completing maintenance tasks., • Identify facility concerns early and communicate issues before they become larger operational problems.
