Job DescriptionBenefits: • Weekly Pay, • 401(k) matching, • Flexible schedule Position Overview As our RN Client Liaison & Clinical Supervisor, you will be the face of BrightStar Care for new and existing clients. Youll perform in-home clinical assessments, guide families through care decisions, support caregivers/nurses, and promote our skilled nursing and personal care services the community . This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is polished, driven, and excited about combining leadership, sales, and clinical care. Schedule & Structure: • Full-time, salaried role, • Flexible Schedule: This position offers flexible scheduling for both days and times. Your day may adjust based on client assessments, supervisory visits, or outreach events., • Salary: $7585k annually (based on experience), • Reliable transportation required, • Conduct thorough initial in-home assessments and create individualized care plans, • Complete supervisory visits, recerts, and quality checks, • Provide clinical guidance to caregivers & nurses and ensure exceptional, safe care, • Document care accurately using web-based charting systemsClient, Family & Community Engagement, • Meet prospective clients and families to explain services, answer questions, and support decision-making, • Build strong relationships with families, referral partners, and community resources, • Represent BrightStar Care with professionalism, warmth, and clinical expertiseSales & Community Outreach Responsibilities, • Educate the community on BrightStars skilled services, including nursing visits, wound care, IV therapy, chronic disease management, and personal care, • Participate in outreach activities (health fairs, events, workshops, partner meetings), • Support business development by building trust with physicians, pharmacies, infusion centers, and workmans compensation organizations, • Las Vegas, • North Las Vegas, • Henderson, • Green Valley, • Active Nevada RN License, • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (home health, assessment, or supervisory preferred), • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, • Comfortable with community outreach, education, and sales, • Reliable transportation, drivers license, and auto insurance, • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs, • Current BLS Certification, • Negative TB test (2-step), • Joint Commission Accredited, • Supportive leadership & strong clinical team, • Professional, positive company culture, • Work-life balance, • Opportunity to grow your leadership and outreach skills, • Weekly pay with direct deposit
