The MDE Evaluator provides evaluation for infants and toddlers using the appropriate individualized assessment activities to establish the infant/toddler’s eligibility for Early Intervention Services and address the concerns of the family about their child’s development. Identify infants and toddlers who meet one or more of the eligibility criteria: developmental delay, informed clinical opinion, or a diagnosis which has a high probability of resulting in a developmental delay. complete evaluation documentation and assist families in creating functional outcomes for their children. MDE Evaluator Duties and Responsibilities • Directly supports children and their families in a variety of settings according to the assigned program including travel as warranted., • Gathers and completes the Infant-Toddler Developmental Assessment (IDA) in the child’s natural environment, so that an evaluation report can be completed. Discusses findings and recommendations with the team in a clear and understandable manner., • The evaluation will participate in the development of the Individualized Family Support Plan (IFSP). Educates team members, co-workers, and community members about the individualized plan by providing information and positive support while maintaining standards of confidentiality and ethical practice., • Coordinates the assessment process to determine the chosen outcomes, needs, preferences and capabilities of children by gathering information and informing their families about what to expect throughout the assessment process., • Assists in identifying, securing, and using needed equipment and therapies. Implements each child’s individualized plan to achieve specific outcomes, derived from child’s assessment information, needs, interests and team input., • Should have a working understanding of Developmental Assessment of Young Children 2nd edition (DAYC-2)., • Utilizes a variety of equipment, activities and opportunities appropriate to the developmental levels and learning styles of each child to adequately assess their cognitive, physical, communication, adaptive and social development., • Completes required training education/certification in accordance with COMHAR, external partners and funding sources, continues professional development and seeks knowledge of relevant resources and information., • Ensure that all evaluations are entered into HCSIS within 24 hours., • Ensure that all staff are up to date with (Teaching and Learning Collaborative (TLC)) training., • Need to attend required County updates and complete 24 hours of on-going educational credits., • Needs to complete all required work in HCSIS. Needs to be able to effectively navigate in EVOLV., • Knowledge of children and youth development best practices, tenets, and research., • Knowledge of administrative principles and practices as they relate to the operation of Early Intervention and IBHS services., • Ability to relate to diverse program environment and people of diverse cultures., • De-escalation methods, crisis avoidance and crisis management skills, • Verbal and written communication skills required to satisfactorily perform job duties., • Exercise sound judgment in carrying out daily activities, handling crises & emergencies., • Ability to treat consumers with respect and dignity., • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence., • Ability to speak effectively to customers., • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form., • Must meet Early interventionist qualifications., • An early interventionist shall have one of the following groups of minimum qualifications:, • (1) A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in early intervention, early childhood special education, early childhood education, child development, special education or family studies, and 1 year of full-time or, • (2) Full-time-equivalent experience working directly with preschool children with disabilities and their families or a university-supervised or college-supervised student practicum or teaching experience with preschool children with disabilities and their families., • Valid Criminal FBI, PA State Criminal and PA Child Abuse clearances., • Must have current ACT 31 (Child Abuse reporting certificate). Job Description IVI RMA has a need for a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for our Marlton location. This position is Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm. Salary is dependent on experience level. Job Purpose: The Nurse will function as a dynamic member of the patient care team, providing education and guidance to fertility patients throughout their journey. The Registered Nurse will serve as treatment coordinator and strive to provide every individual an optimal patient experience. Job Description The Field Procedural Specialist (FPS) is responsible for providing technical, clinical, and educational expertise to ensure safe product use while supporting implants and ongoing follow-up visits during the Global Pivotal Study (GPS). The FPS will report to the Manager, Field Procedural Specialist Group within the Clinical Studies Department, interacting with the Leadless Pacemaker Global Training Manager during the Global Pivotal Study and through commercialization. RESPONSIBILITIES: Training • Provide clinical expertise at the company training labs, including hands on implant procedure training with several physicians at a time in a simulated EP lab setting., • Assist in onsite education and technical training activities with physicians and hospital support staff., • Educate implanting teams on proper indications for use of the Leadless Pacemaker procedures., • Provide support on questions regarding device follow up and programming., • Facilitate onsite training in-service with staff on procedure simulators, including simulated procedures and procedural troubleshooting., • Responsible for implant and follow-up visit procedure, support in compliance with the instructions for use and trial protocol., • Carry products and work with clinical studies team to manage site inventory to ensure adequate product at clinical study site., • Collaborate and partner with the local Field Clinical Studies Engineering team responsible for protocol execution., • Assist the clinical studies team in data collection during implant and follow-up visits to support protocol requirements., • Responsible for scheduling individual travel arrangements to ensure site implant and follow-up coverage, with potential for site coverage for emergent checks or at times in other areas of the country., • Maintains a high level of communication with study sites and customers, Manager, FPS Group, and the GPS study team, including the Field Clinical Studies Engineering group, throughout the Global Pivotal Study., • FPS and FCSE are expected at implant/ follow-up with FPS focus on implant procedure support and programming and FCSE focus on study protocol requirements, • Professional written and verbal communication skills., • Provide updates to management to help improve the technology for next generation designs., • Working with the program coordinator to ensure coverage., • Submit accurate and timely expense reports. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in engineering, biological sciences, or a related field, OR equivalent or related experience in cardiology or clinical research., • 3+ years sales and/or cardiac device technical experience in a hospital environment selling or supporting cardiac electrophysiology or cardiovascular implantable product., • Prior experience with Cardiac Rhythm Management required, with a strong preference of prior leadless pacemaker experience., • Preference for CCDS certification., • 75% overnight travel may be required.
