The Systems and Network Administrator will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Modern Disposal’s servers, networks, cloud services, and critical systems across multiple facilities. Devices include, but are not limited to desktop PC, micro PC, thin client, laptop, tablet, smartphone, desk equipment, cabling, printers and MFDs, • Customer ticketing is worked upon ensuring the timely delivery of service, along with users facing updates, • To provide infrastructure administration functions such as cable runs, cable termination, switch and firewall configuration, patch management, • Provide on-site cover as part of a shift arrangement and support remote offices when required, • Capable of installing, removing, maintaining, monitoring of IT technologies, • Capable of troubleshooting issues with an end-user device, including all hardware, operating system, driver, or client application challenges, • Ability to document end to end workflows to ensure easy resolution of future incidents or tickets, • Capable of deploying or redeploying required OS images and builds (as well as, future images/builds on compatible legacy hardware (Example: Win10, Win7, etc.), • 24x7 availability, to be provided for the duration of a major Incident, • Capable of offering remote and on-site technical services (proactive and reactive) to the Customer and its associates, • IT Software/Hardware Asset Management, • Excellent skills in user IT infrastructure – desktops, laptops, printers, handhelds, smartphone and A/V equipment, • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows 11 (including legacy versions), Office 365, Teams, and other well-known applications, • Administration experience of Azure, Intune, MS Active Directory users & groups, policies and management concepts, • Solid understanding of LAN / WAN technologies and hardware, • Ability to interact with customers to ensure that the service is polite, efficient and responsive service is provided, • A self-starter with ability to work on their own initiative. The Coordinator will enroll participants in FIT (Families in Transition) virtual workshops, and serve as an accountability coach working with participants to prepare them for the sessions, ensure their attendance and be in the class as an observer, to create billable notes regarding the referred parent/guardian/caregiver. Leads development and training on electrical/instrumentation PM/PdM development and execution covering instrumentation, motors/drives, and power supply\n, • Troubleshoot, install, upgrade, and program of PLCs (programmable logical controllers) as well as other automation including SCADA and various other controllers/systems\n, • Use computer to perform work order, stock, parts on maintenance program system.
