Senior Manager, Enterprise Financial Systems Reports to: Director of Enterprise Systems Supervises: Yes Overview: The Senior Manager of Enterprise Financial Systems plays a key leadership role in aligning Corporate IT initiatives with broader business objectives. This position oversees JD Edwards (JDE) and financial reporting systems, managing a team of internal staff and external consultants. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, capable of working independently and delivering clear, consistent updates to IT leadership and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and prioritize enterprise financial system initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals., • Manage cyber risk and platform stability, including disaster recovery (DR) activities., • Supervise and mentor Business Analysts, System Analysts, and Developers in best practices., • Collaborate with business leaders to understand challenges and propose effective solutions., • Drive documentation efforts for complex projects, including charters, business requirements, ROI analyses, deployment plans, and user guides., • Evaluate and recommend software solutions, whether developed in-house or sourced externally., • Promote cross-functional collaboration with other systems teams and influence prioritization of efforts., • Champion best practices in systems implementation across IT, consulting, and business teams. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience., • Minimum of 10 years working with senior business leaders in enterprise environments., • Proven expertise in JD Edwards (JDE)., • Strong leadership and project management skills, including resource allocation and budget oversight., • Experience in both Fortune 100 and startup environments., • Familiarity with application programming, database design, and system architecture., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion., • Certifications in leadership and risk analysis preferred., • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Project Libre)., • Vendor and resource negotiation experience. Work Schedule & Travel: • Full-time, exempt position., • Typical hours: Monday-Friday, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM., • Minimal travel (0-5%) to regional branch offices.
