Job DescriptionJob Title: Operations Support Location: Visalia, CA (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract Pay Rate: $24.00-$26.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time; flexible schedule including some weekends Classification: Non-Exempt About the Role LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Operations Support professional for an onsite contract opportunity in Visalia, CA. This is an entry-level, high-volume, fast-paced role supporting end-to-end operational processes, from order placement through final customer payment. With supervision and mentorship, the Operations Support professional will help ensure accurate execution of order-related activities while delivering a high level of customer service. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to adjust priorities in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities • Use technology and established processes to identify issues and collaborate with team members to remove roadblocks, • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to support daily operational needs, including product, pricing, and transportation coordination, • Support frequent order planning activities and ensure all tasks are completed accurately within operating systems, • Assist with order-related activities such as shipment tracking, exception management, inventory reconciliation, forecasting, replenishment, invoicing, and claims or credit reconciliation, • Help resolve exception orders by coordinating with clients, transportation providers, distribution partners, and other third parties, • Maintain item-level data in company systems, including pricing, pack sizes, and product descriptions, • Communicate with vendors to support continuity of product supply, • Identify service issues such as late deliveries and assist with mitigation efforts, • Deliver high-quality customer service through proactive, professional communication, • Communicate operational updates and status to the team, • Support performance against tactical and operational KPIs, • Perform other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications, • High school diploma or GED, • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends, • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Customer service-focused mindsetPreferred Qualifications, • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, • Process-oriented with an interest in continuous improvement, • Strong problem-solving skills, • Ability to learn and explain job-related policies, procedures, and practices Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Abigail Revalee Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
