In this role, you’ll handle inbound inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing timely, accurate, and professional support. You’ll research, analyze, and resolve a wide range of issues from property data discrepancies to mortgage report troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients such as mortgage lenders, insurers, and real estate professionals. Research and resolve inquiries related to property reports, ownership verification, valuations, and sales history. Support mortgage-related requests including loan verification, mortgage risk data, and report troubleshooting. Document all interactions thoroughly and maintain accuracy using TAPE (Taxes, Assessments, Property, Escrow) data standards. Reference appropriate systems when discussing borrower notifications. Provide clear recaps and next steps at the end of each client or borrower interaction. Collaborate with peers and supervisors to meet quality, accuracy, and timeliness targets. Maintain compliance with call standards, documentation protocols, and performance metrics. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred). 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in mortgage, real estate, or financial services. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple systems and maintain attention to detail under pressure. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and web-based databases.
