EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 1.Graduate from a NLN accredited school of professional nursing, required. Baccalaureate degree, preferred. 2.Current Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure and CPR Certification required. 3.Three (3) - Five (S) years of professional nursing practice in behavioral health required. 4.Direct Psychiatric or addictions nursing experience, desired. 5.Bi-lingual capabilities (English/Spanish) a plus. 6.Successful and satisfactory completion of facility orientation and required certifications required. Job DescriptionSUMMARY The Sous Chef is responsible for managing the kitchen staff in the absence of the General Manager and oversees the preparation of hot food and related inventory levels of the kitchen.
