What You’ll Do As a Shift Lead (Supervisor), you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our location while leading by example. Your responsibilities will include: • Supervising daily operations and ensuring all team members are aligned with company standards., • Supporting and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer service., • Assisting in training and onboarding new employees., • Managing shift schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring operational efficiency., • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care., • 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing environment., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead a team and engage with customers., • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to make decisions under pressure., • A passion for wellness and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities: • Use equipment correctly and safely in performing patient/resident care., • Follow infection control techniques in performing patient/resident care., • Observe and reports signs and symptoms of changes in condition., • Prioritize patient/resident activities based on current care needs., • Maintain all documentation as required by Federal and State regulations and Company policy., • Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner., • Wear safety equipment as required for the job; report any safety hazards and/or accidents to supervisor.
