Experience working with a ticketing system handling L1 Support Issues. Windows 7 & Windows 10 Support. This person will provide deskside support to end users in a hospital setting.
Deliver expert-level technical support for Windows 10 and 11, Active Dictionary, DNS and IP networking. Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, encompassing Active Directory, Desktop Engineering, Identity and Access Management, Device Management, and Endpoint Security.
Provides end-user support, including resolving support tickets assigned to the department. Supports Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 10/11 in an Active Directory environment. Supports and manages file and printer services provided to the users.
Must be able to work one weekend per month to support our retail stores.
