Job Description This opportunity in the Agent Development (Protégé) Program is perfect for someone who wants to break into the insurance industry but may not have prior experience. Here's an overview of what you can expect and what you'll need to succeed: Key Features of the Protégé Program: • No Experience Needed: You don’t need prior insurance experience or a degree to apply. Farmers provides comprehensive training to help you learn the ropes., • Hands-On Experience: You'll get to work closely with an established agency, gaining real-world experience in sales, marketing, and customer service., • Salary + Commissions: During the program, you'll earn both a salary and commissions, allowing you to start earning as you learn., • License Support: If you don't already have the necessary Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, Farmers will assist you in obtaining them., • Lead Development: You'll be actively prospecting, setting appointments, and identifying customers' needs.
