    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PLC Programmer to design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain programmable logic controller (PLC) systems used in industrial automation and manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and problem-solving skills and experience working with automated machinery and control systems. Responsibilities: Develop, program, and modify PLC control systems for machinery and automated equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose PLC, electrical, and automation system issues. Install, configure, test, and commission PLC-based control systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control drawings. Integrate PLCs with HMIs, sensors, motors, drives, and other automation equipment. Perform system testing and make necessary programming adjustments. Conduct preventive maintenance and support equipment upgrades. Identify and resolve equipment downtime and control-system problems. Document PLC programs, system configurations, modifications, and troubleshooting procedures. Work closely with electricians, engineers, maintenance teams, and other technical staff. Follow company safety procedures and industry standards. Provide technical support and training to operators or maintenance personnel as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience as a PLC Programmer, Controls Technician, Automation Technician, or similar role. Strong knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation. Experience with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Omron is a plus. Knowledge of HMI systems, VFDs, sensors, motors, and industrial control systems. Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good attention to detail and ability to work independently. Engineering or technical degree/certification is preferred but not always required. Willingness to work flexible hours or respond to equipment issues when necessary.
