Position Summary: We are looking for a driven, passionate, and team oriented Graphic Designer to focus on the company's internal deliverables and established brands. This role requires a broad range of design skills to meet all the creative needs of the company, including designing, ideation, creating, cutting out, and mocking up. The designer will work on a wide variety of projects across digital and printed media, supporting our CPG division specializing in freeze-dried fruit products and expanding into dried and frozen products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Design a wide variety of materials across digital and printed media, • Work with Art Director and Marketing Manager to create graphics, including illustration, photography, typography, logos, etc., • Assist in shaping visual aspects of marketing, social media, websites, product packaging, tradeshow graphics, advertisements, and more, while maintaining brand recognition, • Research and become familiar with competition and existing brands, • Manage and execute internal studio projects, • Create internal communications materials (e.g., name tags, event graphics), • Support the social media team with original, engaging content for our freeze-dried products, • Develop packaging designs for new and existing product lines, including private label projects, • Interact with 3rd party vendors and manage design work through partner agency portals, • Contribute to food and recipe-related social media content, • Create 3D comps of CPG packaging using advanced 3D design software, • Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, • Create PowerPoint presentations and other corporate communications, • Research and become familiar with competition and existing brands to watch Required Experience, Skills, & Abilities: • Minimum Associates' degree with a focus on graphic design, plus 2 years of relevant experience. Job Description ABOUT RTS ACCESS: RTS Access provides a complementary service, also known as "paratransit service," to the RTS fixed route system. This form of transportation is available to those customers with disabilities who are unable to utilize the RTS fixed route system for all or some of their transportation needs. OVERVIEW: The RTS Access Scheduler plays a critical role within the RTS Access Operation. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist RTS Access customers with their transportation needs in a way that uses RTS Access resources in the most efficient manner. Work involves the use of a computerized scheduling system. The Scheduler is responsible for making decisions related to established processes and procedures while using their judgment to efficiently and effectively negotiate and research the most appropriate trips for customers. This position also addresses customer inquiries regarding RTS Access services, resolves customer complaints, and provides general information over the telephone as necessary. The Scheduler must feel comfortable using computer systems/software. Work is performed under the direct supervision of the Director of Paratransit Services. COMPENSATION:$19.50per hour WORK SCHEDULE: Up to 29 hours per week based on the current shift bid schedule. The bid shift will include one weekend day and may include both weekend days. Monday through Friday, the Scheduling department works from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; a part time Scheduler may work some or all of a weekday shift. Weekend shifts are from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. In addition, RTS Access operates seven days a week, 364 days per year; therefore, employees must be able to work flexible hours and varied days, including weekends and holidays. This is a Union environment in association with the Teamsters, Local 118.
