Job Description Position Summary: The Mobile Brand Ambassador & Van Driver is responsible for safely operating Community Care Plan’s (CCP’s) branded van to support community outreach, marketing initiatives, and Community Resource Center activities. This role serves as a visible representative of CCP, promoting brand awareness, assisting with community events, and supporting marketing and outreach activities throughout CCP’s service area. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, safety-focused, and comfortable engaging with diverse community members and CCP team members in a public-facing role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Transportation & Logistics, • Safely operate CCP’s branded van to and from community events, marketing activations, and outreach locations within CCP’s service market., • Ensure timely arrival, proper vehicle setup, and secure transport of marketing materials and equipment., • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and basic readiness, report maintenance needs or issues promptly., • Brand Ambassador & Community Engagement, • Serve as a mobile ambassador for CCP, expanding Brand awareness in CCP’s service area, representing the organization professionally at community events, health fairs, outreach initiatives, and partner engagements., • Engage with community members in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to CCP staff or resources as appropriate., • Support on-site branding activities, including setup and breakdown of tents, signage, and promotional materials., • Marketing & Outreach Support, • Assist the Marketing Team with outreach initiatives, promotional events, and special campaigns., • Support Community Resource Center activities as needed, including transporting materials or assisting with event logistics., • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and positive CCP brand representation., • Compliance & Safety, • Adhere to all CCP policies, safety protocols, and driving regulations., • Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Florida traffic statutes and company vehicle policies. Must maintain a clean and insurable driving record, pass background screening, and remain eligible to operate company vehicles at all times as a condition of employment. Qualifications: Required • Valid Florida state issued Class E driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations)., • Minimum of 2 years of driving experience, preferably with vans or larger vehicles., • Ability to safely operate a company vehicle in urban and suburban environments., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable interacting with the public., • Ability to lift and move marketing materials and equipment (up to 20 lbs)., • Experience in community outreach, marketing, events, customer service, or hospitality., • Safe, defensive driving skills with the ability to operate a van or similar vehicle in varied traffic and weather conditions, • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; able to interact professionally with diverse community members, partners, and CCP staff, • Ability to represent CCP positively in public settings with professionalism, courtesy, and cultural sensitivity, • Effective verbal communication skills; able to provide basic information and directions clearly and accurately, • Organizational skills with the ability to manage event materials, schedules, and logistics, • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to established procedures, • Dependability and time management skills, including punctual arrival at scheduled events and locations, • Basic problem-solving skills and ability to respond calmly to unexpected situations in the field, • Physical ability to set up and break down event materials, signage, and displays, • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability, • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying locations based on outreach needs, • Commitment to safety, compliance, and confidentiality standards Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
